Care Possible Academy Completes First Season
This month, we wrapped up the first season of the “Care Possible Academy,” a series of six educational and training events offered to our community in partnership with subject matter experts at collaborating organizations.
Our Partners
We appreciate partners like Victoria Lifeline, Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, the Occupational Health Centre, and our Training, Community Inclusion & Support Services teammates at Manitoba Possible for bringing their skills, experience and knowledge to participants on topics that are relevant to our community of care providers and family caregivers.
Thank you to all participants who demonstrated their passion and commitment to their profession by adding new knowledge on topics including Dementia Care Essentials, Empowering Clients to Stay Safe at Home, Accessibility Awareness, and De-escalating Emotionally Charged Situations.
What’s next?
We are excited about the plans for Season 2, already underway. Stay tuned for updates and reach out if you want to make sure you are on the invite list for educational opportunities when Care Possible Academy Season 2 kicks off this fall.
